Marketing Programs Snr Specialist - APJ

  • We are looking for a talented marketer to join our team and lead our demand generation programs and campaigns for the Asia Pacific region. Partnering with global and regional marketing teams, you will be responsible for managing the rollout of key global campaigns in the region, and tailoring demand generation programs to meet revenue goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs to support go-to-market initiatives across the Asia Pacific region

  • Activate global campaigns and programs in region including execution planning, localisation, targeting and channel prioritization to meet global and regional KPIs

  • Leverage a mix of marketing channels tailored to local markets to maximise results, including email, digital, webinars and meeting maker programs in partnership with field marketing, global programs, digital and customer marketing functions.

  • Analyze the performance performance of marketing programs, using data-driven insights to optimise results and drive continuous innovation and improvement

  • Manage demand funnel, track lead flow and partner with SDR and sales teams to ensure effective follow-up plans are in place and communicated

  • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, partner and SDr teams to drive end-to-end program results.

  • Experience You'll Need

  • 5+ years experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments technology companies

  • Experience managing demand generation programs in Asia Pacific countries or with global tech companies

  • Familiarity with marketing applications such as 6Sense, Marketo, Salesforce

  • Master project management skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Bachelorʼs Degree required; Marketing, Economics, or Business degree preferred
